Full-On SMF Posts: 73 | Wow, I can't believe it's been well over 24 hrs and no one who attended the Minneapolos show has logged on yet to the Slamboard to provide us with a set list or review. I saw a couple of "great show" comments on the my space page, but what about a set list or full review? Many of us are waiting to hear how the Christmas songs were incorporated into the standard set. Did they open with "What You Don't Know" or a song from the Christmas album. How was the Medely with I'll be home for Christmas, Burn in Hell and Deck the Halls. Review anyone??

Hey everyone, first time poster, but I will give you my best recolection of how the show went down and set: First off, the band sounded INSANE. Dee's voice sounded just like it did in 84, I was SO impressed. Hitting ALL the high notes. AJ's drum solo rocked, Mark's bass solo was killer. And they looked like they were having SO much fun on stage. I got to meet all of them after and they were all so gratious. We stood out in the freezing cold for a hour but they all came out. Jay Jay gave us all guitar picks for the tour, and was really curious on how they sounded. But I will tell you all it sounded great. So here is the run down, the first couple of songs I remember in order, but they played a LOT of the X-mas album, I'll do my best to remember: Set list: AMAZINGLY they did not open with What You Don't Know (they didnt even play it, which I was bummed about) Opened with: Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas (Dee cam out in a Santa outfit and was throwing candy canes into the audience) Stay Hungry Rest are some what in order, but not sure: I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus Destroyer Silver Bells You Can't Stop Rock & Roll The Price Shoot Em Down Oh Come All Ye Faithful Deck The Halls Burn In Hell Under The Blade White Christmas I Wanna Rock Encore: Heavy Metal Christmas (Which was HILLARIOUS, they all sang) We're Not Gonna Take It SMF Dee forgot some words to the Xmas songs and admitted it, but it still was great. Interesting to see people's reaction to them singing Xmas songs, but people were signing along! Anyway, hope this helps. GREAT show and it was $40 well spent.

Record Company Good Guy Posts: 575 | Unfortunately, it's just too crazy a time of the year for me to make the NJ or MD shows. Im blessed to see Chciago and LA so I won't push the little women too hard. Although I ran into an old friend Saturday night and he owns a Steak House just minutes from the Starland and I couldnt think of a better night than Steak and TS. As we get closer I will try to talk her into it, but O cant push too hard.

Front Row Location: CT, of course! | RE>>"If you see MAM, tell him I said riff one for me!" WHEW...for a moment there I thought that said spliff....HAHA..just kiddin'! How ya been DCT? You are a regular Friday nights on Animal Tactics. The boyzzz always shout out to ya! It's neat. You have to go visit them in the studio then give us the lowdown. hahaha..hope to see ya soon! Muahs! Hey Girl, How are you doing? How's the family? I hope you are having a wonderful time! Yeah...Driver Ed, Sean, and I have a thing. I complain about all the Death Metal they play, and they play more. And they dedicate it to me. Then when they play Queensryche, the dedicate it to someone else. It's a vicious cycle. They are relentless, those two. You know, I heard they had to widen the doors to the studio just so Driver Ed's head could fit through after he saw his picture in "Full Throttle" magazine. They also installed one of those mirrors, you know, like in "Snow White", so he could gaze at himself adoringly throughout the show. But I digress. I would love to visit them someday...that would be very cool! Waiting on an invite! Hope to see you soon, too!! Will you be making any Jersey shows, or are you still on the road? Gotta run and get my weekly fix of Nip/Tuck. Or should I say Dr. Christian Troy...even though I like the old, evil Christian better! Miss ya and take care! Muahs back atcha!
