Ok SMF's let's play a little game:
I ask a question connected to Twisted Sister and who answer it first correctly goes on with his question about Twisted......and so on e.t.c........

Let's Go....This one's for the older Smf's :

Who was Dee Snider's guest in Heavy Metal Mania on MTV in '86 when they talked about how their two bands were an East Coast packs and Dee looked at the camera, made two fists with his hands and said: ALL RIGHT ALL YOU L.A. BANDS,LET'S GOOO !!! (he ment like fighting) ?????

Ok,who answers this can go on with another Twisted Question

Finally a question I may at least know part of the answer to-
It was Dec 1982 on The Tube (from Newcastle UK), I think the present may have been Dee taking off his make up as he felt it would get the crowd into it more. Lemmy and ?Fast Eddie Clark from Motorhead joined them on stage for It's Only Rock 'n' Roll but I like it.

I'm sure someone will correct any errors in this answer.

OK - Getting the answer right was the easy part - setting the next question is the hard part!! Try this one. Apart from 1983 when Twisted Sister played - when did Dee appear at Donington Monster's of Rock Festival? - Name the year, band, song (or songs!!) and the other guests with Dee.

Now I need to go away and find the answer !!! Good Luck

That's pretty easy (oh well, and it brings back my memories to one of the best shows of my life), so here we go:

Donington Park, Aug. 22nd, 1987
Headliners: Bon Jovi and coming up for the encores with BJ and the boys: Dee, Paul Stanley and Bruce Dickinson performing
"Travellin' band" and "We're an American band"

At that time I was still hoping that TS would return to Europe/Germany on the LIFS tour.........the rest (unfortunately) is sad sad history :-(

Next question......

Stay sick !

Was the year 1987?
Bon Jovi headlining - Dee onstage with Jon BJ, Paul Stanley and Bruce Dickinson
During Bon Jovi's set, singing 'American Band' (CCR)?

Of Course you are correct. Well done!!!

Now it's your turn to set the question.

I remember it well - the two things that stick in my mind from the gig was Bruce Dickinson wearing his Union Jack shorts and refusing to sing the chorus of American Band and BJB singing from the roof of the Donington stage - as well as being blown away that Dee was actually on stage - the gig also happened to be my first MOR festival.

It looks we have two correct answers - at the risk of this getting confusing I guess you've earnt the right to ask the next question also! Well Done and fire away with the question.

Hmmmm, that's difficult.......OK, I guess I found one with almost the same subject:

Apart from that MOR show in Donington, at what other show did Dee, again, join Bon Jovi for an encore ? Place, date and song please

I'm not 100% sure but I have seen the video of this before and if my memory is correct, it was Brian Robertson (from Thin Lizzy fame) and not Fast Eddie Clarke that jumped up with Lemmy as he did join Motorhead for one album. Other than that, I think you hit the nail right on the head.

There was an earlier show that Fast Eddie and Lemmy joined TS on stage when Fast Eddie was still in Motorhead as I've got a couple of pictures. I'm not sure of the show but I would guess that it was Reading of something.
