Extreme SMF Posts: 106 Location: Poughkeepsie, NY | Thanks! It would be nice to find out if these were mastered for vinyl or if they are just sourced from a CD. I think only one man here would know that answer!

Band Posts: 130 | The source appears to be from the Eagle Rock cd and licensed by Eagle Rock, UK. No one at the label bothered to tell the band or the American label Armoury that they did this

Extreme SMF Posts: 106 Location: Poughkeepsie, NY | Jay Jay thanks for the post.... I would buy it regardless for a nostagila rush however it would be nice to hear a hi fi version... the pink or translucent purple stay hungry reissue lp does sound good and the vinyl is dead quiet. Great pressing! I will pick this one up and report bac...

Extreme SMF Posts: 191 | That didnt sound to cool JJ , they should let you know. The main reason i bought under the blade , because it was a double lp, and that is very cool :-) :-) not because of the sonics. Come out and play since it`s on pink vinyl and YCSR&R cause it`s on clear , collecting is an addiction , hehe.

Band Posts: 130 | No actually. Nothing surprises me about how record labels go about maximizing their catalogs anymore. The various labels and territories tend to act as they wish within the limits of the deals we make. I will say though that in general, Razor and Tie (US), Eagle Rock/Armoury(US & oversees), Demolition (UK, Japan) and Drakkar (Germany) Have all tried to make all Twisted Sister product as fan-friendly, cost effective and high value as possible. I never knew about the vinyl version of Still Hungry until a fan showed me a copy last year in Holland. This came out on Drakkar during the final months of their deal with us. It was their investment and I loved the way it came out. It will be interesting to see what happens to our whole catalog when all of our licensing deals end in 2017. Will any of these labels still be around? What will the retail music landscape look like then? Will it be almost all streaming? I'll bet that, no matter what happens, vinyl will still be around. it really is the coolest medium of all!

Extreme SMF Posts: 158 | Hey All Yep...Im with Dan on this.....collectiing is still a bit of an addiction. I have a few bits and pieces that I would say were/are desirable. I still have my copy of the Crues "Too Fast for Love" on the Leathur Record label (2nd pressing) I told my friends at the time that this band would be big!! Had all kinds of picture discs, colored vinyls etc. I gave most of my vinyl to my buddy Dave when I emmigrated out here....I simply could not carry/ship everything I owned..... I sincereley hope that music does NOT become all streaming downloads. I like to have a collection...Something I can hold, read...show off....I like having sleeve notes, pictures...general info....its part of the package. I love scanning through Craigslist, Ebay etc for rarities, promos etc. If we go streaming...oh yeah...I can get my music at a push of a button....but how more bloody boring could you get!!!??? Over the last 30 odd years I spent many a happy afternoon wandering around music stores with my friends looking for additions to my collection. Its a social thing ...I still get the odd hour or two in my local record shop here in Phx, find the odd CD, or a single song, that I didnt have., ...its a habit!! It would be sad to lose all that. Then there is the loss of jobs and manufacturing, shipping etc.....not fun.... Loving this whole TS back catalog re-issue thang....giddy as hell...its been the best year yet....just hoping we can get at least one Christmas show and some dates next year. Evel Az
