SMF 1st Class Posts: 27 | I was just thinking about a Bent Brother show at the Downtown in Farmingdale. I believe it was 2003. One of the openers, Vixen, were playing Sweet Jane. Jay Jay came from backstage, guitar in hand, and plugged in to join in the jam. The stage lit up, and the song suddenly had a stronger vibe. It's amazing how one man's stage presence and playing style can contribute so much to a song or performance. Thanks for the memory Mr. French. By the way, my 9 year old daughter still cherishes the guitar pick you gave her at an in store appearance in '09, as well as the photos with each member of the band. The music and the memories to last a lifetime. Oh, how I wish I could hear the old Twisted version of Sweet Jane again.

SMF 1st Class Posts: 27 | A gentleman named Dave took a photo of me and my daughter at Looney Tunes on 06/30/09. I believe he was the photographer assigned to the promotion. He was talking with AJ's wife when we met. He wanted to get a picture of my daughter's shirt. Dave, if you see this post, please let me know if I can get a copy of the picture. If it's posted online, can you post the web address? The picture would be a great memory for us. Thanks.

SMF 1st Class Posts: 27 | Good snappin' Cyndi !!! In just a few photos you captured the setting with the ticket stub, WBAB banner, Downtown sign, and the BB shirt on Dee. The last one in the set made me feel like that was me in the crowd looking up. If my eyes could take a photo, that would've been the shot. Thanks for sharing those. Thank you, Armadillo, for pointing me to them.
