They nailed it earlier tonight, Dee's vocals were SPOT ON......he's always great, but tonight, his vocal delivery somehow went up a notch or two. Sin After Sin was a treat alone, but Heroes Are Hard To Find has been in my TS top 10 ever since getting the Strangeland soundtrack back in the late 90's. After seeing them multiple times since 2001, and always wanting to hear this song live, but long since giving up that they'd ever play it, to finally hear it tonight, and played live for the first time ever no less, it was all metal goosebumps for me! My video of their entire 100 minute set filmed with my HD video camera came out damn near perfect too, both in picture and sound quality.

Thank You Twisted for a great night for a great cause. Heros sounded great and was a special treat. Band sounded great, kick ass show, and Armadillo, I guess the answer is reherse it one time.

The show was fantastic! 3 up 3 Down was a good opening act while Y&T was awesome as always! Like our own Twisted Sister, the boys in Y&T never fail to deliver! And Twisted rocked the house! "Sin After Sin" was a huge treat and then for them to play "Heroes Are Hard To Find" for the first time just made the night even more special! Thanks for another great show guys! I know Jay Jay said there won't be many shows this year. We'll take any that we can get, though!

Official road report is percolating now....oh, wait. sorry...that's just breakfast... well, the report is coming soon. not as easy as I thought to type on a moving train on this little netbook...

in ANY case.... I've pages and pages of chicken scratch to decipher to bring you the smells and bells of the evening.
it was truly a great evening of music friends and frivolity..all that and bagpipes too.

More literary nonsense coming your way soon....

I hope someone recorded the show and will share it. There's SO few recordings out from the last couple of years, it's a shame.......................

My video came out much better than this one (mine isn't overexposed like this one is with Dee's head looking like a white blob), but it's the only thing on YouTube so far.
I'll try to get mine uploaded to YouTube and / or dimeadozen soon.

Short clip of The Price, done by the great guy who actually gave me a ride to the show.

Dee rules, period!

I was blown away! This was the 3rd time seeing Twisted Sister within the last year, but this was the best of the 3 shows I think! Also an old friend flew in from California who I saw Twisted Sister with way back in 1985, but hadn't seen in a decade. It was a wonderful reunion for my friend and I, and a phenomenal setlist and performance from Dee and the boys. Can't wait for your report Terry!
