OMG T, Totally correct!!!!!!! Lou, I am sick of his "I GIVE 110%"!!!!!!!! What the grrrrrrrrrrrrr? All he can do is flex..big deal. Dee did a great job too. He looked so sad didn't he? I admire everything the boyzz do I don't care what the project. RESPECT......

Dee Snider, TWISTED SISTER singer turned radio host and actor, was the winning Project Manager last night on NBC's "The Celebrity Apprentice" and donated $325,000 from fundraising efforts to the March Of Dimes.
Here is the YouTube clip of Dee RE: March Of Dimes.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Z-8YbxB2c8

As a celebrity contestant, Dee used his fame, personal connections and business acumen to raise money and win the task. He endured long hours, grueling deadlines, intellectual challenges, personality clashes and intense scrutiny under the careful watch of Donald Trump and his advisors. However, the challenges were faced head-on in expectation of a greater goal — raising money and awareness for his charity of choice, March Of Dimes Bikers For Babies.

"Dee is a true champion for all babies," said Dr. Jennifer L. Howse, president of the March Of Dimes. "We are blessed to have a volunteer like Dee Snider. He is both an exceptional March Of Dimes volunteer, and a wonderful person. We are thrilled by the generosity of his time and donation. These funds will directly support our mission to give all babies a healthy start in life and our National Prematurity Prevention Campaign."

Dee has a personal connection with the mission of the March Of Dimes because two of his four children were born prematurely.

This month is the March Of Dimes signature fundraiser, March For Babies, that will take place at the end of April in nearly 900 communities across the country. To help support Dee's charity anyone can join a walk by visiting MarchForBabies.org. The money raised will support March Of Dimes research, education and community programs to help moms have full-term, healthy pregnancies and healthy babies.

Dee Snider has been a March Of Dimes volunteer, supporting Bikers For Babies, for more than a decade. If you ride, Bikers For Babies events will take place throughout the country, with most occurring September 15 or 16, 2012. Each ride to benefit babies is about 70 miles long, with every mile counting to help fight premature birth and give every baby a healthy start in life. Visit BikersForBabies.org to find a ride near you.

The March Of Dimes is the leading nonprofit organization for pregnancy and baby health. With chapters nationwide, and its premier event, March For Babies, the March Of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

Dee definitely deserved to get fired when he did. If the 1st task on this week's show wasn't a fundraiser he may have been fired from that one as the women's Guide book was obviously better. But in his defense he didn't want to focus on it much as he put all the attention to the fundraising aspect of the task, as that was the key to winning the task. Too bad that blank check didn't make it in on time. Probably woulda meant over $400,000 for his charity.

Also Penn didn't deserve to get fired regardless of the Walmart slip up. He's been a creative force and is very knowledgeable. But if Lou or anyone else else wants to win the whole thing it's a smarter strategy for the PM to try to get rid of the strongest player(Penn) when they have an opportunity to. But Penn wasn't selected. So besides Dee, it could've been Lou, not Dayana. But Dee didn't fight hard enough. I feel like he was almost content with his big win for the March of Dimes and just rolled over without much of a fight in the Board Room.

But there's one thing I don't get it, Dee's responsibility in the Crystal Light competition was Brand Messaging. His signage didn't satisfy the executives. Hard to disagree with them as when viewing the indoor beach scene we barely saw any indication of the product name on walls or incorporated anywhere else. And what the hell was that sorry looking Walgreen box about? Seriously, that's the best he could do? For a guy who wrote the story board for "We're Not Gonna Take it", conceived the idea for a pop-up "Come Out and Play" album cover and wrote, directed and acting in Strangeland, etc etc this was not one of his most creative moments. Needless to say he didn't really shine in that role on the show.

Put it this way, when we go to TS shows, that LOGO is MASSIVE! They project their product and if it's not their logo it's the band name "TWISTED SISTER" in Huge lettering. He didn't apply that simple concept and it cost him.

There are so many great points you make Jaysin. The only factor is that this was not Dee's project, there were other members on his team with input, group effort. Plus he was behind the scenes as well doing the production on pretty much all the projects/tasks. Just so much I suppose he could create in a short amount of time. If we step back and put ourselves in his shoes, time was a HUGE factor no matter how creative he is. It wasn't like taking a year at home to think and ponder with his personal publicist and writing a kick ass book that was his own. I'm just sayin'......the bottom line is that he won his first task {even with the signage glitch} and reaped the reward of getting the girls team's money as well for his charity. THAT KICKS MAJOR ASS!!!!!!! Lou is a bunch of muscles...that's it. If you got it I suppose flaunt it, we all have our stengths and weaknesses. I'd say no matter what, Dee Friggin' Snider is a magnificant success. IMO of course...Pure respect, always and forever.

I dunno. If someone watched this show who didn't know Dee's history there wouldn't be much positive to take from it. He gets sympathy for the broken finger and he did exercise a lot of integrity and earned the respect of his teammates but the how the hell does he does he not know the ABC's of advertising??? And everyone works behind the scenes, he's not doing anything above and beyond there.

I was kinda disappointed that there was not 1 creative idea that he generated, at least not worthy enough for the show to highlight. I've been watching this show for years and there are always players on either teams who bleed creativity, surprisingly, he wasn't one of them. I just expected a lot more from him in the "idea" department. And furthermore, he seemed to have little control of his team and task when it was live in the Flatiron District. He found himself having to apologize to Clay as The Blue Man Group stunt was a debacle. He or someone or many people could've gotten really hurt. Money exploding out of huge balloons in NYC??? This does not lend itself to a safe environment. As far as I know TS is not fond of mosh pits at their shows. What did he think would happen when thousands of dollars burst into the air in broad daylight?

Come on. I love the guy too, he's my idol. But I won't kiss his ass just because of that.

Here's an idea. Pretend Dee wasn't on the show and it was someone else who did what he did. Still praise the overall job that person did? He wasn't the reason why he won his task and his responsibilities were called out on 2 out of the 3 times the men's team lost.

That idea/question is so simple for me to answer..>>>Quote "Here's an idea. Pretend Dee wasn't on the show and it was someone else who did what he did. Still praise the overall job that person did? If Dee was not on the show I wouldn't have wasted my time watching. I hate reality shows. I never, ever watch them unless there is someone I'd like to support.

Besides, the philosophy of reality is the state of things as they actually exist, rather than as they may appear or might be imagined. In a wider definition, reality includes everything that is and has been, whether or not it is observable or comprehensible. A still more broad definition includes everything that has existed, exists, or will exist.

With that stated, how can it be "reality" anyway if there is a camera staring you down every moment knowing that all the drama is being recorded?

LOL....The End.
