So it's not Sweden.....and instead of Belgian chocolate, there will be corndogs...... instead of 4 stars...it's 4H....
but there is ONE THING that I can guarantee
Twisted Sister will play the way that they always play---every show they give it all they've got, and at the end of the night, those who have never seen Twisted before will be asking "why haven't I seen these guys sooner and when is the NEXT one?!!"
And of course, those of us who know and love our boys in black and pink will lament that this is the last show announced for the summer, and we can only hope that enough begging and pleading and nagging our local concert promoters will bring them back!
So this is the official call to SMFs everywhere, I, Armadillo.....Twisted Sister Road Reporter and cheerleader (uh, minus the pom poms and skirt) hereby call all SMFs to join Twisted Sister in Clearfield PA one week from tomorrow! I promise you that you will have no regrets if you make the trip (but I will guarantee you'll regret it if you don't!)
So c'mon on down to the Clearfield County Fair....I'll share something fried and we will have a glorious time! See you Saturday my babies! |

Location: Canada | We're making the trip from Canada for this! We've been waiting a long time to see them, so if they aren't gonna come to us we'll go to them. Bringin the whole family my two boys (10 & 13) are more excited than I am. See you there! |

I ditto that. It's about 5hrs from Toronto. It looks like I may be able to fit it into my family vaca road trip!
Great we'll have some Canadian company there! We're an hour north east of Toronto so it sounded like a great road trip! |

Location: Canada | We're leaving tomorrow morning as with the long weekend we could end up sending some time at the border. We'll have some corndogs early I we don't. I haven't heard them play since the Powerslave tour with Iron Maiden in 84, so I'm really looking forward to this. |

Location: Graveyard BLVD. | How sad am I being MIA...doing so many home improvements I have not had the chance to take a breath between work and being my brother's carpenter apprentice! I sure know what I DO NOT want to do with my life..lol... Sorry I have been out of sight...however I am taking off finally to enjoy a bit of this summer that is going wayyyyy too fast! Hope you all are doing great and I will catch up on some back posts soon, missed birfdays..arggg...sorry.
T, hope you are feeling better by now. Hope to see all you SMF's there and will be rolling into town tomorrow Friday. I can't wait.

Location: Graveyard BLVD. | Hey ya T!  So glad to hear you are feeling better and OMG...amazingly painfree, huge smiles for you here!!! Great news! Yes, we are in PA. now, arrived this afternoon in 95 degree temps. with 100% humidity. Drink up lots of H2O for the ride my dear, let the sweating commence. lol.... Huge amounts of fair traffic so beware all, give yourself extra time to drive. Navigation is a bit tricky so we are so glad to have GPS to guide us. I am using the hotel puter at this time so can't be on long. {still no cell phone, ya know.. .} Tomorrow calling for temps around 86 with a 20% chance of a thunderstorm, ditto humidity. Dooooooo rag mandatory. LMAO.......are ya going to be rockin' out belly up tomorrow or are you workin' the stage?? Time frame you will be coming into town and ready to rock? I will check in tomorrow morning for any added contact info. Galpal DCT?? Chris? MML? Mitch? Going? Sorry I have not had time to contact anyone about plans. Looking forward to seeing you all again!!!

Wishing I was driving up tonight but I couldn't get a hotel room booked for tonight so I'll be driving up tomorrow a.m (Girl, you REALLY need to get a cell phone...) I don't have GPS--I like my old school maps but thanks for the heads up. Hopefully I won't have any trouble getting into town. DCT is coming....and a few Canadian SMFs too.
