I haven't had time to edit or proof it--it's 1:30 am and I've got to go to work in a couple of short hours. (Totally fell asleep when I got home this afternoon...)
Merry Christmas SMFs!

Another great report. God bless you for driving 6 hours to and from, picking up other SMF's along the way and giving us a play list and a show report in great detail. Sorry we didn't meet up, but i was at a family event earlier in the day and got at the half-way mark of the Adrenal Mob. You are correct they were amazing and their version of Mob Rules was excellent.

Twisted was AMAZING, microphone problems aside. Your report says it all. Correct me if I'm wrong, did Jay Jay and Eddie let Mark play his Silver Bells solo a little longer than was planned? They seemed to be having a great time listening and watching Mark. I was very happy to hear Under The Blade was added to the song list and it was a great surprise to hear Hero's Are Hear to Find live for a second time. Great to see Bernie Williams again and very nice to hear fans out bid each other for Dee's platinum Sta Hungry record and other guitars and club dates. Great job all around. Extra credit to Danny Stanton who seems to be all over the place, he shook my hand as he was watching over the silent auction then the sale of tickets for T-shirt singed by the band, to getting the stage set up for TS and then Dee called him to fix the microphone, That's all around talent

When did we find out the show was being webcast? More importantly can we watch it online now?

I didn't know the show was being webcast until I came back to the hotel to type up the setlist! I'll see if it's archived anywhere...

You are so right--Danny is one cool cucumber! He manages it all with such class and calmness...I am always so impressed with his professionalism and competency.

sorry I missed you--we were right next to the silent auction table...

Try this link for the webcast. There are two videos to select. http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/27791514

The show was great. I admire everyone associated with the event for helping to raise money for those in need. The Twisted guys always rise to the occasion when it comes to helping others.

I was amazed with the moment of silence as well. To not hear a sound from the crowd defined what matters most to us. I am sure the families of the victims felt all our thoughts and prayers.

When I picked this band as my favorite, I knew it had to do with more than music.

You guys are the BEST....Thank you for the video link

Terry we were standing right next to you. We were just to the end of the silent auction table. I walked to the other end to see the Mickey Mantle baseball card frame. I was looking for you on the floor and missed you standing a few feet from me.

Another great road report as always Terry! Great job! It was awesome to see you again as always and thanks a million for dropping my daughter and I off at the airport the following morning. You're the best! I was so excited to share the Twisted Sister experience with my daughter and they of course did not disappoint! Now she can not only tell her friends at school that she got to fly to New York to see Twisted Sister. She can also tell them she got to meet Jay Jay, Eddie, and Mark. And I suspect we'll never know if Danny played a part in getting the club to change their policy on 21+ and opening the show up to all ages but if you did put in a word or two for our cause, thanks Danny!!! And I thought it was awesome when Danny shook our hands thanking us for coming and then bent over to give my daughter a little kiss on the cheek. I know she didn't see that coming. LOL! She had a great time as did I. We had an awesome weekend together and it couldn't have been capped off any better. Definitely a night to remember!!

you too Chris! Poor thing--she was literally falling asleep standing up! Hope she made her choral performance in time-- enjoyed meeting her and always enjoy sharing the concert experience with you. As predicted, I was starving by the time I made it back to my hotel and had to hit the 24 hr drive thru, lol.

It rained most of the way home--got home around 3 pm,...boy that was a long day when you consider I left my hotel at 8 am....and WORTH EVERY MINUTE! I did hit the Cracker Barrel in Jersey, chowed down.... and I don't even remember lying down when I got home...I woke up around 7 pm at night with my boots still on and a large orange Maine Coon sitting on my chest purring loudly.

so happy to have a Twisted Christmas this year.
