Location: Toronto, Canada		I remember watching the first bit, when they entered the studio, live as it happened. The rest I don't remember.

As a point of interest for those in the U.S., the VJ presenting the awards was known at the time as J.D. Roberts. He went on to become a major US network news correspondent - you might recognize him as John Roberts.
