Thought this would make an interesting topic, what was the first gig you ever went to? WHO? WHERE? WHEN? ETC!!

Mine was IRON MAIDEN at the Edinburgh Playhouse, September 1990, on the "No prayer on the road"tour.

IT ROOLED!!!!

Wolfsbane opened the show, who knew Blaze would end up fronting the band!!

Mine was Alice Cooper with Twisted Sister supporting at the Glasgow SECC on 12th November 2005. Seeing as it was for my birthday i dragged my mum, dad and sister along too and now they really appreatie the music i listen to because they had such a great time. My dad especially! He loves Alice Cooper and Twisted Sister now so when Twisted Sisterwere playing at the Glasgow Carling Acadamy he didn't have to hesitate when i asked if we could get tickets and go!

Mine was Kiss/Aerosmith Aug. 31 2003 at Hershey Stadium in Pennsylvania. Kiss blew Aerosmith away as far as the show went, but both were awesome in their own way.

BTW very good topic

Allman Brothers Band (with Dwayne), Johnny Winter And (with Derringer), and Humble Pie at the Spectrum in Philly in 1971.

I think the tickets were 3 dollars to stand on the floor.

In a bar setting it was TS at Hammerheads. In an arena it was Ozzy and Def Leppard, I believe 1982, it was Diary of a Madman and High and Dry tours for both bands. Randy Rhoads and Steve Clark in one night. AWESOME show.

My first show was Iron Maiden on the World Slavery Tour. Twisted Sister opened. Friday, November 30, 1984. Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto, Canada. What a dream. My two favourite bands to this day in one night. I just wish I was a little older (I was 13!) so I could appreciate it more.

My first gig was Twisted Sister at Detroits in Portchester NY back in 1980. I cant remember the exact date.

My first concert was Metallica back in 1984 in Nassau Coliseum. My next concert was Kiss the same year a few months later.

From then on, I can't remember any because there were so many. But my last Twisted Sister show (before the reunion) was 1986 for the COAP tour at Radio City Music Hall.

Gosh....all the memmories....LOL

Webbie ,

Nice show. Eric Clapton thought very highy of Dwayne. Did you happen to catch either Jimi, Janis or Mr Morrison while they graced us with their presence.

My first show was Feb 23rd 1975 at the Garden. Blue Oyster Cult opened for Rod Stewart and the Faces on their farewell tour.
