Hey Don,

Thanks for sharing this. I can only say that the cover looks awesome. And the song tracks looks like they will be great too. I can't wait until October 16 rolls around. I'll be buying this CD then.

And lastly, thanks again to the boyz for making this CD. I'm looking forward to hearing it.

I initially posted the graphic with the date of 10/16.

That is incorrect - release date is October 17. I should never attempt this stuff without coffee, especially on Monday morning.

Don't want you showing up at the record store a day early and having to wait a day.

Again, release date is 10/17, not 10/16. Thank you, and have a Twisted Christmas!

I'm on the record - although I was standing waaaaaaaaay in the back.

We didn't get to hear much of a mix (just headphone mixes, and the odd blast from the control room when Denny had the door open), but what I heard sounded pretty good. Granted, the idea of a TS Christmas album seemed like a pretty loopy idea when it was announced, but the tracks I heard actually work pretty well.

The idea of approaching each song with a 'classic' band arrangement was a pretty cool one, and it gave the tracks I heard a familiar feel - you know the tunes themselves, the arrangements are mostly lifted from metal classics. Put them together and you've got a pretty fun bunch of songs.

I'm hoping to have an advance copy soon. Once I get it, audio samples will go up ASAP.

I wonder why the issue is October, rather than Nov-Dec. close to Christmas?

I hope it doesnt get lost in the sauce by Christmas...

They will be supporting the CD with live dates, so that should keep it in the public eye.

Sounds cool....

The Cd is a greart idea... I mean if KISS did it, Ole fat Gene would be praising it up and down.

I'm Glad TS snatched up the idea first.

In order to hear the audio, you have to go to the TS home page and click there.

That graphic is a copy from the home page - it's not set up to start the audio from here. Gotta change that...

If I can get past the fact that I hate that song, it's acually not bad. Can't wait for Christmas this year.

BTW It's been awhile since I've been here. I can see that I've missed alot.

A live CD/DVD from a concert should be good. In christmas theme.
