Hey webbie,
Went into town today to pre-order my copy - want to get my hands on it as soon as possible! Problem was none of the record stores I went to could find any record of the album's planned release (one of them did find the Bob Rivers version!!!). Is the album going to be released on the same date in the UK?

I'll get in touch with the powers that be on Monday and see if I can find out for you.

Thanks for asking.

Marty , (Ever feel like your talking to yourself lol)

I'm a lazy sod or I'd look it up for you but there, Plus I'm on dial-up here, is another thread with the UK release date in it. I don't believe it's the same as the US.

According to CDON.com, Demolition Records will release A Twisted Christmas CD on November 13th. Just like with Still Hungry, we the Europeans get it later than our US friends. But hey I'm not complaining. Just looking forward to getting the CD. Got to agree with Jaysin, who posted in another thread that the TS version of White Christmas is hilarious, but in a good way of course.

Just noticed that CDON.com lists White Christmas featuring Doro Pesch!? Is that a mistake or what?

I ordered mine from CD Universe - Your Online Music Store
http://www.cduniverse.com/default.asp?style=music&cart=398831614

Shipping was pretty cheap. They said that most likely the shipment will be earlier than the expected date it hits the streets, really neat. Not sure if they have a UK site but you can check.

Order Date: Sep 16, 2006
Twisted Christmas by Twisted Sister $13.29
Future Release Oct 17, 2006
Subtotal: $13.29
Shipping: $2.99
Order Total: $16.28

Great IDEA ROCK! I love DORO! The interview they did with her on Eddie Trunk was neat. She said the most influential band that inspired her back in the day was...Judas Priest! Kinda kool! She just adores her fans, UK and US. She moved to Long Island which I find to be amazing of all the places to move to in the US. Hope she has a plane to get around fast to beat this traffic! lol...
