Yep, I have this syndrome after EVERY show! Ibuprofen is my best friend before bed that night..

New term should be..."Shakin' Metal Head Syndrome"

i once have been headbanging, but it didn't give me a pain in the neck, It Gave me a bad headach and a lot of dizzyness though. I heard that becouse you go forewards and back yur bloodstream in your head gets a bit messed up and could couse trouble, but I have also heard when leaning forewards and making these little circles, like you mostly see with mucisians with long hair on stages, when headbanging, it's somehow somewhat better for your health than going from back to forth and back again...
But than again I havn't that much experience...
But it is true, you have a bigger risk of having neck problems...
Though I haven't heard about the first one having a whioplash through headbanging, so perhaps it'sslightly a bit overreacted what the docter in the article sais...
