Sit in the Poughkeepsie subzero parking lot for hours on end until you are completely numb and punchy...then act all casual and non-chalant when Danny pulls into the lot. I swear, I felt like a stalker...Cyndi picked out that minivan a mile away! I thought she and MetalNY were crazy...until Dee and Danny emerged. Both were kind enough to come over and chat for a few minutes before heading inside the toasty club.

(of course. the camera was in the back seat of the car--I told you our brains were half-frozen)

Just a word of advice from one SMF to another--remember to give Danny and the band members some space. If they are having dinner or a busy engaged in pre-show activities, you may want to wait for a better, more opportune moment. TS spends more time with their fans than any other band out there--you may have to kill three or four hours before the show and may get to bed late, but it's worth every second.
