My FAVORITE moment of every Twisted Sister show...that split fraction of a second...when the piped in music stops, everyone who realizes what's going on takes a collective breath...and the house lights go down! And in that moment...we wait for it.....wait for it....wait for it...and then....the opening chord of "Long Way to the Top"! It gives me an incredible rush of adrenalin every time. I allow myself to get absolutely lost in that moment...suddenly I'm 14 all over again. A wave of complete happiness just washes over me and it's absolute bliss. I don't think about any of my worries or troubles--pure joy until the last note.
