I would choose Twisted Sister with a new singer and new material above Twisted Sister with Dee and no new songs. What can they bring at this point? They are travelling the world for several years now, they played at the biggest festivals in Europe. I would not mind to see them every year in Belgium but how many people feel this way? Not many I think. They can't keep on doing these festivals with the same show and songs, people will get tired of them even in Europe. So what can they do? Play in Australia and Japan as many local fans ask? Maybe Wacken once more? If Twisted Sister doesn't bring out new material they are finished maybe not in 2015 but the time will come that it will be too much for too few. So it'is my believe that TS has more need of new material than that they need Dee. If Dee retires TS should do the same unless they find a new singer to record new songs with. Maybe S. Bach is allready tired of being a solo artist?

Well. I just know this. They have DEMOLISHED every single festival they played last tour. I mean, seriously…every single one. Even the shows where we thought it wasn't their best, the local newspapers and reviews all gave TS the highest marks as the best band of the festival--even over Metallica and Manowar. Here's another interesting thing--if people are "bored", then why are they staying? For TS, the promoters all comment that the Twisted Sister audiences are packed solid all the way back. When Slayer and other headliners went on, the crowds thinned. Yet…when TS headlined…the crowds were insanely packed until the last song. So obviously, there are still fans interested and engaged. What can they bring? They bring exactly what they always bring--the best damn live heavy metal performance out there.

Play Australia and Japan? Hell yeah, bring it on. I'll open up a new credit card just for that. well, I'll have to…because the one I have is maxed out thanks to the 2014 tour. Umm. Oops. Good times.

Personally, I'll take Twisted Sister WITH Dee, new songs or no new songs. Dee solo? I'm there. Twisted Sister without Dee? Yep. I'll be there, too. Why should we have to pick?
