Subject: Faulty DVD - Where Do I send It?

Hi,

I saw TS late last year here in the UK (they were awesome!!!). Anyhow, at the show I bought The Reunion Tour DVD 'Live at Wacken', but unfortunately, the DVD doesnt seem to have been manufactured correctly as there are little bumps in the disc that prevent the DVD from playing. The bumps appear under the TS logo transfer that is printed on the CD side of the disc.

Where do I have to send the DVD to get a replacement in England?

I sent you information to get in touch with Eagle Rock Entertainment UK.

Hopefully, they can take care of the problem for you.

BTW - Here's hoping you stick around after your DVD problem is taken care of!

The manufacturer of the DVD in the UK is Demolition records NOT Eagle Rock. Contact Demolition, they will replace it.
