Psssst Cyn.....His first album came out in 1969.
On Zappas Straight label.
He was the biggest selling act in 1972
He went solo in 1975 with Welcome to my nightmare.

Yea Put me in there to. Im a big Alice C fan. Got a lot of vinal and cassettes of the great Alice. I still remember one of my blow away moments was as a kid working in the Huchinson river pkwy gas station and having this Jaguar with lepard seats come in for gas , so your's trully obliged ,I was probably 16, had Two guys with long hair that I didnt recognise immediately , and when they went to pay , I was blown away cause the credit card said Alice Cooper, To me at that age it was like WOW check this out ! Anyway Thanks Alice for the memory !

beat me to it. he really doesn't even play material recorded from 1980-1999 anymore. he plays maybe 3-4 tunes from that timeframe if you are lucky. most of his stuff is the classic 70's material.

also sucks that the letter C is next to the letter V on the keyboard. thread title confussed me at first.
