Very different from the Sinatra version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwv-DxOPhSc Interested in seeing what the rest of the album will sound like now. Thanks for sharing. Definitely not better than the original but I know they weren't trying to better, but rather just twisting it up. His and Eddie's remake of Eleanor Rigby was killer but this is weird. It also sounds like they ripped off, or borrowed HEAVILY Zeppelin's Kashmir. I dunno.. I love Dee but I'm not gonna drool over anything he or Twisted does just because it's them.

Destroyer Posts: 545 | That's one hell of a house band playing on all these tracks. I'd really love to hear this album. 1) New York, New York (Devin Townsend) 2) I've Got You Under My Skin (Glenn Hughes) 3) Summerwind (Geoff Tate) 4) It Was A Very Good Year (Dee Snider) 5) Witchcraft (Tim "Ripper" Owens) 6) Fly Me To The Moon (Robin Zander) 7) Lady Is A Tramp (Eric Martin) 8) I've Got The World On A String (Dug Pinnick) 9) Love And Marriage (Elias Soriano) 10) Strangers In The Night (Joey Belladonna) 11) High Hopes (Franky Perez) 12) That's Life (Jani Lane) These classics are re-imagined musically by the 'SIN-atra' house band which features Bob Kulick (guitar); Brett Chassen (drums); Billy Sheehan (bass); Doug Katsaros (keyboards & orchestrations); Richie Kotzen (lead guitar on That's Life). The songs are known to everyone but you've never heard them quite like this before! ...and I did hear the kashmir riff too, but thought Dee really tore it up vocally. It's really sick...his voice is STILL in such great shape...he sounds great!

Location: Graveyard BLVD. | I found out you can pre-order it as I certainly did on Amazon.com. This is going to be really interesting with all those rockin' artists! http://www.amazon.com/SIN-atra-Sin-Atra/dp/B004LSJCPQ/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1296782934&sr=8-9

Have to say--this is one of my least favorite Sinatra songs, so if I can totally LOVE a song when someone else sings their version of it, that says something. I love it. I really do.... maybe it's me, but I'm not used to hearing Dee sing an entire song in such a high register. Enjoyed it a lot--look forward to hearing most of the other tracks, esp. Tate's! thanks for sharing this.

Destroyer Posts: 545 | REALLY looking forward to the Glenn Hughes track on this disc. ...and I gotta disagree with you Jaysin. My Mom used to listen to Sinatra ALL the time. The original BLOWS. I always hated it...Dee's version blows the doors off the original, and I'm not just doing the sheep thing...I never do. I just really like it, but it doesn't matter...just my opinion...
