I just wanted to post this as a heart felt thank you to Twisted Sister. My son who has Autism was unable to use language to communicate until he heard your song's. Before he could even say hello to another child has was able to get out most of the words and sounds to some of your songs.
Here's a link to a video I took of him trying to sing along to the Video DVD I bought; this was filmed before he could peak at all.
Again thank you Twisted Sister YOU ROCK!

Thanks for sharing this David! My nephew also has a form of Autism and was a very late talker.
This really touched me.

Thanks man. He's awesome wouldn't change a single thing about him for anything. His language is now almost completely caught up to boring (normal) kids. LOL
he's definitely a huge fan. Check out the B day cake I got him when he turned three!

awesome David!

My nephew (he has Aspergers, among other issues) is now 13…and we can't shut him up! lol. He's quite the character--love him dearly! I'm convinced he'll be a professional comedian someday.

Great that he has caught up with the help of TS music. My brother has autism and some other disorders and was able to have a career and marriage with my parents support. Although some people are still intolerant of some of his unusual ways, he continues to be a wonderful brother and I am so proud of him. There was very little help when he was born in 1940, but with all that is available today I am sure that Gibson will thrive. It was very difficult for my parents. I wish you all the best- you are doing a great job!
