I recently scored an early Twisted show (9/10/77,Mad Hatter,---Hampton).There's four songs I need titles on:
1."Traveled 'round the world, seen all there is to see, done all there is to do,been all there is to be/???/From the day I was born I knew I had to make it on my very own..."
2."I can't stand still for a minute, too many memories in it/I gotta move..."
3."Pay The Price"--Dee intros it as an original...
4."Fly,girl,fly/Slide(or smile)baby,slide(smile)/SUCK baby,suck"....

DrawerL,

Here's 3 out of 4, I believe.  Working on #1, it's coming to me.

2) Can't stand Still

3) "Pay the Price" is the name of the of the song.

4) This sounds like a David Bowie cover, "Cracked Actor".

Where does one get their hands on this little gem?

D

WOW what an incredible find! That was my old stomping ground back in the day too. School dayzzzz....school dayzzzz...can't figure what #4 could be...when I did a search, Chuck Berry came up but was in another language, could be a possibility.

It is either Hampton Bays or East Quogue, Long Island N.Y. Montauk Highway-Southfork

Wow, I can't tell you how great this show is. It is the earliest recording of Twisted Sister I've ever heard and it really is from '77. About half of the songs aren't elsewhere recorded/played by TS. Thanks to DrawerL for bringing this gem out to the daylight. What a kick ass band, right from the very beginning.
